Julia Gundlach

Julia Gundlach advises organizations at the intersection of artificial intelligence and the common good. She moderates team development processes as well as discussion formats and supports people going through professional challenges and change processes as a systemic coach.

From 2020 to 2025, she worked at the Bertelsmann Stiftung on the impact of digital technologies on society and on the question of how to ensure that AI is used more for common good purposes. Most recently, she was head of the "reframe[Tech] - Algorithms for the Common Good" project in the "Digitalization and the Common Good" program.

Previously, she worked at the "Forum Digitale Technologien" project at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI). As part of her Masters in Public Policy at the Hertie School in Berlin, she completed a professional year in the economic policy department of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs.
